［Note to Readers］［総凡例］一、 本書は、解説□と図版□の二分冊で構成されるうちの図版□である。一、 本書では、原則的に一具の作品に1件の番号を付す。複数点にわたる作品には、それぞれに⑴、⑵、⑶...の形で枝番号を付した。枝番号は、図像上もしくは作品形状上の呼称順の通例に従うが、それ以外の場合は左から右へ付している。また、図版□に記される所蔵品番号では末尾の番号が省略されている場合があるが、正式なものは解説□にて記した。一、各図版には図番号「作品名」（Acc. No.）を付した。一、 保存・修復などの理由から撮影ができなかった作品は掲載していない。それらの作品は解説□にて作品名の後にアスタリスク（＊）を付した。一、図版□では各分野の調査担当者から一名に、その分野についての概説を寄稿していただいた。一、 各章冒頭にそれぞれの構成についての凡例を付した。This publication is organized in two volumes̶one for plates and one for text. In principle, each work is represented by one photograph in the plates volume. However, when there are works in several distinct parts, each plate bears one number for the object and an auxiliary number in parentheses for the individual parts. As a rule, the parts are arranged from left to right but there are some exceptions due to the demands of iconography or format. Due to their fragility and state of conservation some objects could not be photographed; however, all works are represented in the text volume. Those without photographs are indicated by an asterisk after the titles in the text volume.Explanatory notes precede each section in both volumes and should be consulted for the organization of the plates and text, which follows standard Japanese practice.In the plates volume often only the main part of the accession number is provided. For sub-parts, the reader should consult the text volume.
